I told an online moderator who advised me to put the user on ignore, and dealt with the chatter who was being offensive. I could have died when I saw he was nearly bald and not 5 foot 10 like he said he was. He was more like 5 foot 6. - The Photo he sent must have been taken 6 years ago or something.
